To ReSkein or Not to ReSkein

I usually don't reskein my yarn after dyeing it because I am anxious to get it photographed, wound in a cake and then on the needles. Taking the extra time to re-skein seems like an unnessary step since I am not trying to sell my yarn, but...

The debate is over for me. Unless it is a semi-soloid-or semi-solid with speckles, it seems like I should reskein it. Such a huge diference.
